Located on Toronto's Queen street West among a growing artistic community encompassing new warehouse/lofts and new condos and beautiful local neighborhoods, just west of the Drake Hotel (dufferin st.) and east of Designer Fabrics (brock st.), Koma Designs, a new decorative art shop, is a definitive example of the depth that this creative community has to offer.

Many of the displayed pieces are unique, custom designs by Jamie Cheveldeyoff, the shops owner. He has an innovative style that is the result of 5 years of architectural studies, 2 years studying lighting design and 3 years Art Directing in the film industry. The building, that houses the shop was renovated Toronto architectual firm 3rd Uncle and the shop was designed by Cheveldeyoff.

Opening in September, the store will bring a vast and still unique collection of vintage, retro, imported, contemporary and modern furniture, lighting, art and home décor from the past to the future. Koma Designs concentrates on the essential aspects of life and living, and it’s products are not burdened with inessential excess.
