El Rasta Creativo.

An unbelievable baggage of cultural experiences, a background in architecture and lighting design blend with a modern sense of design and respect for the traditional make Jamie Cheveldeyoff quite a surreal artist.

His passionate about anything that is different, and a great supporter of anyone that wants to do something different. Jamie started Koma Designs in 2005 with his heart set on using sense of belonging, rootedness and wholeness to bring life into any space. He believes in a dynamic equilibrium of energy achieved by contrasting experiences such as vintage/modern, outside/inside, bright colors/neutral colors. Texture, color, light, rhythm, essence and ambiance, in virtually all aspects of a space contribute to a complexity, balance and richness within the space while maintaining an underlying order and unity.

Jamie currently lives in Toronto, can be seen around Parkdale and all over the place usually trying
to get something done for his next big idea, which apparently includes a
suspended tree house to be build in the middle of Trinity Bellwoods.
